Our intensive Lymphatic Drainage Massage Course is designed for those who want to learn this therapeutic method of gentle bodywork. Lymphatic drainage massage helps reduce swelling, improve lymphatic and blood circulation, support detoxification processes, and strengthen the immune system.
The training is structured so that 10% of the time is theory and 90% is practice, ensuring that participants gain hands-on experience and confidence in applying the techniques.
