Over the years, I have deeply immersed myself in therapeutic bodywork and built a broad range of skills across different massage techniques.
I am certified in classic and therapeutic massage, and I also work with Thai stretch techniques, Gua Sha, vacuum cupping, and lymphatic drainage. I am additionally a certified Reiki Master-Healer, which gives me a unique approach to energy work and deep relaxation.
I’m known for my intuitive ability to sense where the body holds tension, and for creating tailored treatments that effectively relieve pain, release muscle tension, and provide deep relaxation. My goal is always to blend professional precision with a holistic approach to body and mind.
